    Mrs. Hale graduated from Loganville High School in 2008. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and her Master’s Degree in Animal and Dairy Science from the University of Georgia. Afterwards, she attended Piedmont College to earn her teaching certification. She enjoys teaching biology, forensic science, and animal science. She is married to her husband James, who is also a teacher at RCHS. Together they have one son, Charlie.

    Ms. Hernandez is a graduate of the University of Georgia (2016) with a Bachelors of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders, and a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish. She also has a Masters in STEM Education from Georgia State University (2022). Since 2016, she has taught Ecology, Biology, and other high school sciences. She enjoys making science education engaging to students by focusing on real life examples from our local ecosystems.

    Mrs. Jones is the 1993 class Valedictorian of RCHS. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and her teacher certification in secondary science from North Georgia College and State University, a Master's Degree in K-12 Science from Walden University, and a Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology from Valdosta University. During her career, she has taught many different levels and subjects within the science curriculum. She is married with three children. Mrs. Jones was chosen by her peers to represent RCHS as the 2025-2026 teacher of the year.

    Ms. Jones graduated from  with honors from Rabun County High School in 2019 . She later graduated from the University of North Georgia in 2023 with a Bachelor's Degree in Science. She previously taught at Highlands School in North Carolina and has served as a parapro at RCPS.  She enjoys teaching Earth, Biology, and Physical Science. She loves spending time with her family, camping, and reading.
