Mr. Clay Brown
Mr. Brown is a 2008 graduate of Jasper County High School. He has earned an associate's degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Georgia. Mr. Brown brings valuable real-world experience to his agriculture classroom including work on agricultural operations, commercial construction, and retail. Mr. Brown is also an advisor to the Rabun County FFA.

Mr. James Hale
Mr. Hale is a 2009 graduate of Ola High School. He has earned an associate's degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Georgia, and a Master's Degree in Agricultural Education from the University of Missouri. Mr. Hale brings a plethora of real world industry experience through his work as an electrical contractor. After nine years of teaching agricultural mechanics at Winder-Barrow High School, Mr. Hale made the move to RCHS where he also serves as an FFA Advisor. He is married to his wife Kelly, who is a science teacher at RCHS. Together they have one son, Charlie.

Mr. Brent Hinkel
Mr. Hinkel graduated from West Monona High School in Onawa, IA, in 2000. He played football for two years at Peru State College in Peru, NE, before transferring to Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, IA, where he played for an additional year. He then completed his Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Technology Education at Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. Brent began his teaching career at Blair High School in Blair, NE. In 2005, he moved to Habersham County to continue teaching, and in 2013, he joined the faculty at RCHS.

Mrs. Alicia McCracken
Mrs. McCracken is a graduate of Shiloh High School in Snellville, Georgia. She has earned an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy from Gwinnett Technical College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Technological Studies Education, and a Master’s Degree in Workforce Education from the University of Georgia. She has many years of healthcare experience, is Master Teacher Certified by the National Consortium of Health Science Education, and was named 2020 RCHS Teacher of the Year, 2021 Health Science Teacher of the Year, and 2021 Georgia CTAE Teacher of the Year.

Mrs. Tonia Mcrary
Mrs. Mcrary is a graduate of RCHS. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Applied Mathematics from Georgia Institute of Technology. She worked in the corporate sector in production planning and management as well as assisting programmers and management during start-ups for distribution centers. Since returning to Rabun County to live, she has taught middle and high school math.

Mr. Kyle Rolader
Mr. Rolader, a proud 1996 graduate of Rabun County High School, earned his Bachelor's degree in Film Production from Georgia State University. After working in the film industry as an editor, he returned to his hometown to establish a successful computer repair business. In January 2018, Kyle transitioned into education, bringing his industry expertise to the classroom as the Audio Video Technology and Film instructor at RCHS. He is also pursuing a Master’s degree in Information Technology and serves as the co-advisor of the RCHS Technology Student Association (TSA) Club.

Mrs. Allison Taylor
Mrs. Taylor is a 1990 graduate of RCHS. She earned a Bachelor's Degree with a major in English and minors in Secondary Education and Business from Piedmont University. Allison continued her education with a Master's Degree in Higher Education: College Teaching and Learning from Walden University and a Specialist Degree in Instructional Technology from Valdosta State University.

Ms. Tammie West
Ms. West is a graduate of Hayesville High School and resides in Hayesville, NC. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Education and a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration from Western Carolina University. She has worked at RCHS for over 20 years and has spent over 30 years in education. She is a currently serves as CTAE Director and WBL Coordinator. She was Rabun County High School and Rabun County School System Teacher of the Year in 2006-2007.
