Next week (October 14-18) is fall break. There will not be any school for students during this week.
I am incredibly honored to have the opportunity to serve the students of Rabun County High School as their Principal. This year marks my 12th year serving Rabun County Schools, and I’m reminded every morning, as I make my way onto our beautiful campus, just how fortunate I am to be a part of the Wildcat Nation.
Our goal this year at Rabun County High School is to achieve excellence in everything we do. Excellence is achieved when we give maximum effort to improve and get better each and every day. We will push our students to excel in academics, fine arts, extra-curricular organizations, and athletics through a focus on hard work, the development of positive relationships with every student, and student accountability and ownership. Every student that graduates from RCHS will take with them into their college or career pursuits a firm understanding of respect, honor, character, and service to others. Our students are exceptional, and we hope that every one of them discovers and embraces their true calling over the course of their four years with us.
I look forward to another great year partnering with our students, parents, and community as we carry on the traditions of the Wildcat Nation!
Please know that I am here to serve you, and my door is always open.
