Rabun County Schools is excited to introduce a new feature in Infinite Campus that allows parents and guardians to update their address and contact information directly through the Parent Portal.

This update helps us keep student records accurate and ensures families receive important school and district communications.

How to Update Your Address & Contact Information in Infinite Campus

Step 1: Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account.

Step 2: If you are on a computer, click on “More” on the left side of the page or the “Three Lines” on the mobile app.

Step 3: Use the menu that appears to update your address and contact information.

📌 Additional Notes:

• You may add new Infinite Campus contacts for your child by selecting Demographics.
  
  

• Updating your address in Infinite Campus does not replace the proof of residency requirement. Families must still submit acceptable proof of residency to their child’s school. School registrars can answer any questions and help you submit the required documents. 

• If you need assistance accessing the Infinite Campus Parent Portal or have questions about acceptable residency documents, please contact your child’s school.
