Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan

FY 25 Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP)

The Rabun County School System annually invites all stakeholders to participate in the development of the Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP). The review and approval of the CLIP must take place annually in order for the district to receive funding from federal programs. The CLIP integrates requirements for planning across all Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) programs.

Our most recent CLIP was approved on 5/21/24.

The CLIP has five major components

  1. S-CLIP Questions

  2. District Parent and Family Engagement Plan

  3. Equity Action Plan

  4. Foster Care Transportation Plan

  5. Title I, Part C Identification and Recruitment Plan

The CLIP outlines how the RCSS will coordinate and use our federal fund sources to supplement our state and local funding to meet the needs of our students.  We want to strategically use our funds to “Educate Every Child for Success in Life.”
