It is a pleasure to be a part of the dynamic faculty at Rabun County High School. At the end of the 2019 school year, I began my transition from the mathematics classroom to an administrative position as Assistant Principal. I graciously accepted this new job title, and my journey as a teacher ended, and a new adventure began. A primary focus of my position will be to continually promote the importance of student success through education. I aim for your child to succeed! It is with great pride that I welcome you and your family to join our Wildcat Family.
This is my twenty-third year as an educator, and I am a proud product of the Rabun County School System. It brings me tremendous joy to work at the school where I received my high school diploma. After graduation from Rabun County High, I attended Young Harris College and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Southern Polytechnic College and State University. My next educational endeavor was at University of North Georgia where I earned a Master's Degree in Secondary Education and a Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership. Due to my pursuit to be a lifelong learner, I recently enrolled at North Georgia Technical College where I earned an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts.
