RCSS Physical Day is coming up on April 23rd at 3 PM in the RCHS Gym. 
All rising 6th-12th graders planning to play sports next year should attend.

Your To-Do List before arrival:

✅ Fill out the medical history.
✅ Get a parent/guardian signature (required!).
✅ Show up ready to go!
