Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan

The Rabun County School System annually invites all stakeholders to participate in the development of the Consolidated LEA Improvement Plan (CLIP). The review and approval of the CLIP must take place annually in order for the district to receive funding from federal programs.

The CLIP integrates requirements for planning across all Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) programs.

The CLIP has five major components:

  1. S-CLIP Questions

  2. District Parent and Family Engagement Plan

  3. Equity Action Plan

  4. Foster Care Transportation Plan

  5. Title I, Part C Identification and Recruitment Plan

The CLIP outlines how the RCSS will coordinate and use our federal fund sources to supplement our state and local funding to meet the needs of our students.  We want to strategically use our funds to “Educate Every Child for Success in Life.”

Your input is valued in this process.  Please click on the link below to participate in the survey.

This policy establishes the district's expectations for quality family engagement and guides the strategies and resources that will build school-parent partnerships. It describes the district's commitment to partner with families in the education of their children and to strengthen the ability of schools to implement activities that support children in achieving academic success.
